Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) train healthcare professionals to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies for adult, child, and infant victims according to the 2015 AHA Guidelines for CPR/ECC, BLS is the foundational CPR/AED. This training is required for healthcare providers and public safety professionals. This course includes skills demonstration, practice, case-based emergency response scenarios, feedback, team-based response situations, critical thinking development, problem solving, and team dynamic skills required for the best outcomes. Participants that successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers recognized nationwide and valid for two years.
