Registration Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact OZCREDO office immediately at ozcredo@gmail.com or 833-OZCREDO.
Payment
OZCREDO allows students to pay upon arrival to the classroom on the training day. Otherwise, students may pay in-full via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal prior to the course. Please see the OZCREDO Ground Rules and Regulations for more details. For online courses, the payment must be submitted before the first class unless special payment plan is discussed with the OZCREDO financial representative.
Attendance Policy
In order to receive a Certificate of Completion or Continuing Education Units (CEUs), students must attend all scheduled classes and meet the evaluation criteria set by the trainer.
Certificates of Completion
Certificates of Completion are awarded upon completion of all OZCREDO training/programs. Individual participants will receive an electronic certificate suitable for framing. The certificate indicates only that the individual met the requirements for the training.
No Show
A no call, no show without notifying the OZCREDO trainer is an absence from the training. Please contact OZCREDO office immediately at ozcredo@gmail.com or 833-OZCREDO to explain the reason of no show to get refunded. Refunds will not be issued automatically if you don’t contact the trainer.
Refunds
Full refunds will be given to any student canceling at least two business days prior to the first class and/or having a serious reason such as illness or family emergency for canceling.
Rescheduling
A transfer will be given to any student/company if notification is given at least 3 full business days prior to the first class/exam date. Student and/or companies will incur all charges with no refund if student/company does not request the transfer at least 3 business days prior to the first class/exam date.
Changes to Training Offerings
OZCREDO reserves the right to modify or cancel non-mandatory training and substitute presenters without notice at OZCREDO’s own discretion.
Disclaimer
OZCREDO also reserves the right to change any provisions, offering or requirement at any time in order to provide better service in the interest of the company and its students. Training participants are responsible for understanding public announcements regarding changes.
Confirmation of Registration
Your class reservation is confirmed by payment of fee. You must include an email address in your online registration account or on your registration form in order to receive an automatic confirmation email when the registration has been processed. Please be sure to mark your class information on your calendar. You will be sent a friendly reminder one day prior to the class. You will be notified if your class has been canceled or is already filled.

All programs are copyrighted; therefore video, audio, and/or photographic recordings are not permitted. Materials distributed as a part of any program entitle the user to reference the materials, but not reproduce, distribute, or store them electronically, photographically, video graphically, digitally, or by any other means.

Payment Policy & Forms of Payment
Full payment is required in order to participate in the training/program. Please see OZCREDO Rules and Requirements for more details. The majority of our course fees include instructional materials and use of related facilities during the period established for instruction. Snacks and beverages are included.
Tax Deduction for Professional Development Expenses
Program fees and expenses for professional development purposes (including travel, meals, and lodging) paid to maintain and improve professional skills may be tax deductible. Seek the advice of the IRS or a qualified tax advisor to determine your individual status.
